We asked our friends at MTNTOUGH to step it up a notch this year, and they rose to the challenge to bring you the MTNTOUGH HEAVY PACK WORKOUT 3.0. This workout will increase your stamina and strength, and help prepare all of us for a demanding backcountry hunt this fall. - Pack loaded to approx. 20%-25% of bodyweight
- Box/Step/Cooler
THE WORKOUT
*Begin with a 5-7 minute dynamic warm up*
BUY IN: (Pack OFF) x 3 Rounds
- Pack over Burpees x 5/5
- Arm Haulers x 10
- Lateral Lunges (bodyweight) x 10/10
BLOCK 1: (Pack ON) x 5 Rounds
- Pack Lateral Step Overs x 10/10
- Pack Reverse Lunges x 10/10
- Pack Monkey Planks x 5/5
- Pack Squat Unders x 5/5
- Pack Get Ups x 5/5

Pack Walking Lunges x 100
*complete 10 Pack Squats every 20 reps of Walking Lunges* = 50 Pack Squats total
**to increase difficulty, you can add dumbbells to the Step Overs and Reverse Lunges.
