WHAT FRAME IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Stone Glacier Frames
XCURVE FRAME - 3 lb
The revolutionary Xcurve Frame combines pack frame comfort and lightweight durability like never before. The anatomically matched curvature of the frame conforms to your lower-back and torso for unmatched load-bearing comfort.
EVO FRAME - 2 lb 7 oz.
The Krux EVO frame sets the standard in ultralight design while maintaining the load hauling comfort and durability Stone Glacier packs are known for. We’ve taken our proven platform and created a frame that excels in the mountains in the lightest weight form we’ve ever built.
R3 FRAME - 2 lb 14 oz
The R3 Frame is the backbone to the Stone Glacier R3 series (Recon / Response / Rescue). Proven ultralight design crossed with maximum durability provide the user with complete confidence in the field.
Integrated load-shelf
A Load-Shelf is integrated into all of our frames allowing the user to expand the bag off the frame to pack gear or meat in between the bag and the frame. This eliminates the need to put meat inside the bag and keeps the heaviest of loads more stable and closer to your back for increased comfort. The load-shelf is rated to 150 lbs. on all three Stone Glacier frames.
VERSATILITY - ANY BAG, ANY FRAME
Stone Glacier pack systems are designed to provide the ultimate in versatility and function. All our bags and frames are interchangeable allowing you to customize your pack system for your specific needs. This system allows you to own one frame and multiple bags so you can switch your bag out depending on the hunt you are planning. Gone are the days of needing to own multiple packs for different hunting scenarios. With Stone Glacier, you only need one frame for all situations.

SKY TO BIVY MODE
The Stone Glacier EVO 40/56 and all SKY series bags can transform from “Sky” mode to “Bivy” mode. Sky mode allows the user to utilize the top lid and upper snow collar to gain the maximum cubic inches from the bag. With a quick adjustment, these bags can be converted to a smaller cubic inch size by removing the lid and folding the top snow collar down for complete weather protection. Bivy mode is great for day hunts or when dropping cubic inches is ideal once at your backcountry base camp.
